摘要
目的分析超声诊断在治疗桥本甲状腺炎中的临床意义。方法选取2014年10月～2015年8月我院收治的43例桥本甲状腺炎患者,对其进行超声诊断,包括使用分辨率较高的二维超声检查甲状腺以及病灶区的回声和通过彩色多普勒血流显像仪观察甲状腺及病灶区的血流状况。结果超声诊断检测到43例患者都出现了甲状腺回声不均匀的现象,有些患者出现不连续的粗网状或细网状回声。彩色多普勒血流显像图呈现出甲状腺内部异常的血流状况。结论采用超声诊断的治疗方案可以提高对桥本甲状腺炎诊断的精确度,使医疗诊断有了科学有力的诊断依据。
Objective The value of ultrasound in diagnosis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is to be discussed.Methods 43 patients of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis who are received and treated were chosen in hospital from October 2014 to August 2015 and have them diagnosed by ultrasound examination, applying higher-resolution two-dimensional ultrasound and thyroid lesions echo and color doppler blood-lfowing imaging instrument to observe blood lfowing condition of thyroid lesions.Results Ultrasound diagnosis shows that 43 patients are tested with uneven thyroid echo phenomenon, and some of them are tested with discontinued coarse or ifne mesh echo, color doppler blood-lfowing imaging instrument is able to diagnose abnormal thyroid blood-lfow.Conclusion Ultrasound is of value in diagnosis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, it can increase the diagnose accuracy, which is important to provide scientiifc proof for medical diagnosis study.
