摘要
随着上海科创中心建设的不断深入推进,本市的外国留学生管理工作既处于一个新的发展战略机遇期,也将面临新的压力和挑战。对本市外国留学生情况及管理状况开展深入分析,从完善工作机制、加强信息共享、推动社会化管理服务等多方面加强和改进新形势下外国留学生管理服务工作。
With the further development of the Shanghai science innovation center, the management of foreign students in the city confronts not only the new opportunity of strategic development but also new pressure and challenges. Having analyzed both circumstances of international students and their management in the city, the paper makes suggestions concerning the perfection of the working mechanism, reinforcement of information sharing, promotion of socialized management and services and improvement of management of international students in the new situation.
