摘要
我国民办高校的发展道路,大多以创新素质教育为主线,走可持续发展道路,以机制和体制改革为动力,不断加强创新创业能力的提升,提高学生应用能力。在人才培养过程中,有些民办教育在发展过程中成绩斐然,而有些在发展过程步履维艰,出现了差异化发展的趋势。通过调研,取得好成绩的民办院校,都是在教育教学中注重特色培养,强化素质发展,尤其是在培养学生过程中提供发展平台以及在学生就业创业能力提升等方面,都做出了许多有益的尝试和探索,为特色培养铸就了坚实的保障。
Private colleges in our country mostly take innovative quality education as the main line of development. Those colleges have taken the path of sustainable development, to drive mecha-nism and system reform, and to strengthen innovation and en-trepreneurship ability, as well as to improve students＇ application ability. In the process of talent training, great achievements have been made in some private education, but some struggling in oth-er colleges with the differential development trend. Through the research, it had been found that the private colleges with good grades pay more attention to characteristic training in education and teaching and strengthen quality development. In particular, those colleges have made many beneficial attempts and explo-rations in providing development platforms in the cultivation of students, as well as the improvement of students＇ employment and entrepreneurship ability, which have made a solid guarantee for characteristic cultivation.
