摘要
在带有地下室的高层建筑工程中,一般布置一定数量的集水坑,在原地下水水位较高﹑且在施工过程中降水失效的情况下,常会存在降水后的地下水水位仍位于集水坑设计底标高以上,导致无法进行集水坑施工,进而影响整个建设工期的难题。以吉林省延吉市某高层住宅楼为例,提出降水失效情况下地下室集水坑的深化施工技术,并对其进行了施工验证。
In the project of high-rise building with basement, some catchpits are always been set. In the condition that the original underground water level is high and the dewatering engineering failure during the construction, there will be the problem that the level of underground water is still higher than the design elevation of bottom of the catchpit, so as to that the construction for eatchpit can not be continued, even make the whole construction period of the project being delayed. In this paper, authors take the project of high-rise building of a certain community in Yanji as an example, and put forward the further construction technology for catchpit in basement when the dewatering engineering does not work, and do the verification by construction.
