摘要
混凝土向下超深输送,存在混凝土易离析、坍落度损失大、易堵管等问题。以上海世茂深坑酒店项目为例,主要介绍了混凝土向下超深77m三级接力输送技术。该技术主要研制了三级接力输送系统,输送系统由汽车泵、溜管、固定泵3大部分组成,通过对混凝土的配合比、工作性能的控制以及对三级输送系统操作过程的控制,解决了以上技术难题,现场实际应用效果良好。
The ultra-deep concrete downward delivery has problems as easy segregation,slump big loss,easy plugging and other issues. Based on Shanghai Shimao Chasm Hotel,this paper introduced the ultradeep concrete three-relay delivery technology downward 77 meters,which developed three main relay transportation system composed of car pump,chute and fixed pump. According to the process control of concrete mixture ratio and the relay transportation,the problems were solved and good practical effect in the hotel construction was obtained.
