摘要
结合湖北省麻武(穴)高速公路工程实例,通过对大直径钢波纹管涵的受力性能、地基明显不均匀沉降情况下的钢波纹管涵受力性能、波纹管端头位置受力性能以及相应质量控制措施等问题进行研究,从地基处理、管道拼接、材料质量、台背压实、帽梁浇筑、进洞口截水墙等方面做好各个关键细节施工工艺的控制,总结了钢波纹管涵在多雨山区中不均匀沉降路基中应用的特点,为钢波纹设计规范提供建议,同时也为钢波纹管在类似地形条件下的施工提供施工经验。
Based on the highway engineering from Macheng to Wuxue in Hubei province,the steel bellows mechanical properties under the condition of foundation extremely uneven settlement was analyzed,especially the force performance of the end of steel bellows,and the quality control measures of those problem are also put forward. Keep eyes on the key details of construction technology from foundation treatment,pipe splicing,material quality,compaction of both side of the abutment,abutment cap pouring,the cutoff wall of entrance and so on,which is directly connect with the quality of engineering. The characteristics of steel bellows applied in uneven settlement foundation in rainy area were summarized,some improvement suggestions for design codes were taken out,the construction experience can be used in other engineering with similar environment condition.
