摘要 近年来,随着我国建筑工业化和低碳化政策的发展,预制装配式建筑成为建筑业发展的重要载体。但由于供应链信息割裂等原因,装配式建筑的发展遇到阻碍。本文基于BIM技术、移动互联技术和云计算技术,结合物联网技术,提出面向工业化的预制构件供应链平台,并研究基于IFC的信息映射方法和基于i-Supply Hub的多方协同运作模式,从而实现供应链的信息共享与协同合作,改善生产效率,为提升混凝土预制构件供应链产业集群能力提供新的方法与技术。 In recent years, based on national construction industrialization and low- carbon policies, the Prefabricated Concrete (PC) building is becoming an important supporter of construction industry in China. However, the development of PC is prevented by isolation of supply chain information. This article based on BIM technology, Mobile Internet technology and Cloud Computing technology, combining with Internet of Things, offers a PC supply chain platform for industrialization. In the same time, it also studies IFC message mapping method and i-Supply Hub multi-participants collaborative operation mode, in order to achieve supply chain information sharing and collaboration, promote production efficiency, and offer new methods and technologies for improving PC supply chain industrial cluster ability.
