摘要
介绍了ISO/IEC JTC1/SC36第28届全会及工作组会议中国代表团参与的国际标准研制进展和SC36近期做出的全局性标准研制进程方面的策略调整,分析了SC36开放论坛上各国专家高度关注的三大热点主题:基于数据共享模型的学习分析、元数据在学习资源共享中的应用以及结合能力模型的课程标准成为教育信息化国际标准探索的新方向。总结了教育信息化领域的国际标准正在朝着更解决实际问题、更促进创新以及更短周期高效率的方向发展。
The 28th Plenary and Working Group Meeting of ISO/IEC JTC1/SC36 "Information Technology for Learning, Education and Training (ITLET)" was held in Rouen, France during 27th to 22thJune 2015.The article firstly introduces the development status quo of international standards and Chinese delegation participation in ITLET. Secondly, it introduces the ISO/IEC JTC1/SC36 recent policy adjustments in terms of standards development process. Then the article provides detailed report of three hot topics in Open Forum of ISO/IEC JTC1/SC36. Finally, the article summarizes that the international standards of ITLET is being developed to solve more practical problems, to promote more innovation and with shorter period and higher efficiency. The learning analytics based on data sharing model, the application of metadata in the learning resource sharing, and curriculum standards combined with competency model have become the new directions of the international standards of education informatization.
