摘要
从人员管理、煤质检测方法的选择、仪器设备的检定与校准、质量监控等方面阐述了加强煤质检测室质量管理的方法,并重点探讨了标样监控、参加实验室间的比对、能力验证计划、人员比对、仪器比对、留样再测等质量监控方式,指出实验室质量管理体系的建立可确保煤质检测数据的准确性。
From aspects such as stuff management, coal quality testing method selection, calibration of equipment and quality monitoring, the method of enhancing quality management of coal quality testing laboratory was demonstrated, at the same time, monitoring methods such as standard sample monitoring, attending comparison among labs, ability testing plan, stuff comparison, equipment comparison and retention samples retesting were demonstrated, it was indicated that the establishment of laboratory quality management system could ensure the accuracy of coal testing data.
