摘要 采用DSC法测定抗氧剂736与炭黑结合使用在聚乙烯LLDPE2076等树脂中的抗热氧性能,以氧化诱导期为指标评价其功效。试验表明,抗氧剂736与炭黑给合使用,协同效应优秀,其效果与用量、炭黑品种有较大关系,抗氧剂736与炭黑体系优于现有黑色电缆料使用体系。 The thermal oxidation resistance properties of antioxidant 736 and carbon black compound system for PE cable materials were studied by DSC,and the effect of compound system was evaluated by the factor of oxidation induction time( O. I. T). Experimental results showed that compound system had outstanding synergistic effect which related to use level,etc,and the compound system was better than present function system for black cable materials.
