摘要
以小明绿为材料,采用始花期叶面喷施方式,研究不同浓度激动素对绿豆光合特性、保护性酶及产量的影响。结果表明,与喷施清水CK相比,三种浓度激动素(30、15和7.5 mg·L^-1)处理均不同程度提高了绿豆鼓粒期叶片水分利用效率,且15 mg·L^-1激动素处理可提高叶片光合速率;喷施激动素能够提高花后22d叶片SOD、POD活性,而降低花后17~27 d叶片MDA含量。2013年,30 mg·L^-1、15 mg·L^-1和7.5 mg·L^-1激动素处理的产量较CK分别增加了5.07%、10.93%和10.59%;2014年,分别增加了31.37%、9.23%和0.75%,说明激动素能有效提高绿豆产量。
The variety of Xiaominglv was used as material to study the effect of kinetin to photosynthetic characteristics,protective enzyme and yield of mung bean in R6 stage. The results showed that 30,15 and 7.5mg·L^-1 kinetin improved water use efficiency of mung bean leaves,and 15mg·L^-1 kinetin increased photosynthetic rate in seed filling stage. Leaf SOD activity and POD activity of kinetin was higher than that of CK,while leaf MDA content was lower than that of CK. Seed yield of K30, K15 and K7.5 treatments were increased by 5.07% and 10.93% and 10.59% than of CK in 2013,and 31.37%,9.23% and 0.75% respectively in 2014,which indicated that kinetin could effectively improve the yield of mung bean.
