摘要
法律硕士专业学位研究生培养实施"双导师制",既是培养法治国家所需高层次应用型法律人才的客观要求,也是落实协同创新实现高校内涵式发展的战略选择。通过对有关培养单位制定的"双导师制"规范性文件进行分析,可以发现,校内外导师的协同培养是"双导师制"运作的核心内容。从协同培养视角促进"双导师制"的有效实施,首先应加强校内外导师的合作意识,其次应落实导师间的定期沟通联系机制,再次应建立有效激励机制鼓励导师间的共同指导,最后应健全校外导师业务培训机制,完善考核标准及评估机制,以促进法律硕士"双导师"协同培养的规范化、制度化。
Double-tutor system, which is carried out in the cultivation of Juris Master, is not only the objective requirements of high leveled and applied legal persons needed by the legal state, but also the strategic choice of implementing collaborative innovation to realize universities 'connotative development. After analyzing the normative documents of double-tutor system of relevant training units, we can find the cooperative training is the core content of the operation of double-tutor system. In order to promote the effective implementation of double-tutor system from the perspective of cooperative training, to begin with, we should strengthen cooperation consciousness of both intramural and extramural tutors; secondly, implementing the regular communication mechanism between tutors plays an essential role; thirdly, establishing an effective incentive mechanism to encourage the joint guidance of tutors is also important; lastly, we should improve the business training mechanism for extramural tutors, perfecting assessment standards and evaluation mechanisms to promote the standardization and institutionalization of cooperative training in double-tutor system of Juris Master 's cultivation.
