摘要
采用亚磷酸二甲酯与顺丁烯二酸酐为原料,合成亚麻阻燃剂PX;以自制的降解壳聚糖和PX为底物,合成了新型亚麻织物阻燃整理剂JPX,用电位滴定法测定其取代度。对PX和JPX整理后织物的续燃时间、阴燃时间、损毁长度、白度和断裂强力等性能进行测试,结果表明:当JPX取代度为0.682,JPX质量分数为20%,浴比为1∶20,焙烘温度为160℃,焙烘时间为3 min时,亚麻织物的阻燃性能较好,其续燃时间为0.6 s、阴燃时间为0.7 s、损毁长度为2.5 cm。
Flame retardant PX for linen cloth is prepared with dimethyl phosphonate and maleic anhy- dride as raw materials. Then a new flame retardant JPX for linen fabric is synthesized by self-made de-- graded chitosan and PX as substrates. The substitution degree of JPX is determined by potentiometric ti- tration. The after-flame time, afterglow time, damaged length, whiteness and breaking strength of flame retardant fabric with PX or JPX respectively are tested. The results show that: when substitution degree of JPX is 0.682, JPX concentration is 20%, bath ratio is 1:20, curing at 160 ℃ for 3 min, the flame retardant linen fabric features good flame retardant property with 0.6 s of after-flame time, 0.7 s of after- alow time. and 2.5 cm of damaged length.
