摘要
本文以目前城市管网中基于IC卡的流量计量和管理方法为背景,论述了如何有效地利用调压器组成一种新型的IC卡流量计量控制系统,该系统对传统的IC卡流量计量控制系统的控制方式做了改进,将流量体积校正仪、IC卡控制器、电机阀和调压器集成为一体,有效实现了对燃气调压计量站的IC卡流量计量、控制和管理。
Taking the IC card-based flow measurement and management of current city's gas pipeline network as background, this paper describes how to make use of pressure regulator to make up of one kind of new IC card-based flow measurement and control system. Comparing with conventional IC card flow measurement and control system, this system has done some improvements on control method. The flow instrument with volume correction, the IC card controller and the electrical valve and pressure regulator are integrated in this system, which achieves integration of the measurement, control and management of the IC card in the natural gas station.
