摘要
概述了巴黎树篱街屋顶花园的设计建造、运营模式和使用成效,以及巴黎屋顶花园的发展计划;归纳出巴黎公共屋顶花园系统以人为本的管理运营策略和情境创造方法;强调绿色建筑全生命周期的整体性运作在城市发展中的意义;最后分析我国屋顶花园建设的现状和问题,并提出以巴黎屋顶花园为借鉴,在绿色共生和可持续发展思想指导下,采用整体性运营的人文策略和软设计方法,创造绿色生活情境和方式。
This paper introduces the design, construction and operation of Hedge Street Roof Garden, and the roof garden development plan in Paris. Then it summarizes the management and the operation strategies which have the characteristics of humanism, and the situation creation method of public roof garden system in Paris. It emphasizes the significance throughout the city development that acted by the overall operation in the whole life cycle of green building. Finally, it analyzes the current status and problems of roof garden construction in China, and it proposes, with the guiding of the green symbiosis and the sustainable development, and the overall operation strategy of public roof garden system in Paris as an example, to use the humanity strategy of overall operation and the method of soft-design to create the green situation and the green lifestyle.
