摘要
应对国内目前较为缺乏的美国本科课程体系研究和国内风景园林教学课程设置的问题,以宾夕法尼亚州立大学(简称PSU)的风景园林本科课程为研究对象,通过内容分析法、比较研究法、实地调研和访谈等方法分析了课程设置中不同类型的课程所占比例,总结出PSU风景园林本科教育课程设置重视自然和人文社会科学基础知识教育、重视写作与演讲能力培养,以及课程设置循序渐进、构成序列,基础课程与设计课设置形成紧密联系4方面的特点,最后简要分析了教学方式多样化的特点。通过对课程设置的分析,提出对我国风景园林本科课程设置的借鉴经验。
Facing the problem of the lack of American undergraduate curriculum system research and landscape architecture education curriculum arrangement in China, this study takes Landscape Architecture undergraduate curriculum of the Pennsylvania State University (PSU) as a research objective and analyzes the proportion of courses in different types of curriculums through the methods of content analysis, comparative research, investigation and interview. This paper concludes that curriculum arrangement of undergraduate education for Landscape Architecture major in PSU has four characters, which are: emphasis on basic education about the natural and social sciences, emphasis on training of writing and presentation skills, graduation and sequence of curriculum, as well as close connection between design studies and basic curriculums. At the end, this paper makes a brief analysis of the characteristics of diverse teaching methods. Through analysis of the curriculum arrangement, it is expected to be helpful for the development of Chinese landscape architecture undergraduate curriculum arrangement.
