摘要 当前人们对建筑审美的关注越来越多,建筑审美也日益成为广大民众对建筑的需求之一。不同的审美主体——人不同,对建筑审美的需求也不同。针对这一现状,本文借鉴马斯洛需求层次理论,从建筑审美主体的视角分析建筑需求层次,提出建筑审美需求属于高层次的建筑需求;进一步分析当前时期建筑审美需求的层次性等特点,指出当前问题主要表现在计划配给与公众参与的矛盾、忽略建筑审美差异性和"过度"追求几个方面;从而在此基础上分析提出体现在审美客体、审美主体和实现途径三个方面的"多元·生态·共享"建筑审美评价标准,并提出"Q+L"建筑审美评估方法,并从完善管理与政策、提高建筑审美需求能力两个角度对当前的实践工作提出引导性策略,以期为当前建筑审美的良性健康发展作出有益的理论探讨。 Recently, architectural aesthetic has attracted more and more attention. Different aesthetic subject, i.e people with different viewpoints, has different requirements of architectural aesthetics. Based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, this paper proposes that architectural aesthetic need is a high-level of architectural needs and analyzes the characteristics and problems of current architectural aesthetic needs from the viewpoint of Architectural aesthetic subject. Then the paper makes an analysis of the current period of architectural aesthetic demand level, and points out the current problems in planning the contradiction between ration and public participation, ignoring the diversity and "excessive" the pursuit of aesthetic aspects. Furthermore, it put forward the evaluation criteria —— "Pluralism, Ecology and Sharing" on the basis of this analysis is embodied in the aesthetic object and aesthetic subject and implementation way in three aspects. Moreover, it presents the corresponding assessment methods—— "Q+L" and also suggests for current practices with some strategies to help develop the current architectural aesthetic from two aspects——improving the management and policies, and improving the ability of architectural aesthetic demand
