猎人谷煤炭链的成功经验表明,随着市场化水平的不断提升纵向一体化运营也可以通过企业间网络来得以有效实现。介绍了其基本的运营现状,并从组织形态及管控机制两个方面对该运营模式进行了分析。
The successful experience of the Hunter Valley coal chain shows that, with rising of the market level, vertically integrated operations can be effectively achieved by the corporate network. This article describes the basic operations of its current situation, and makes analysis on business model from aspects of organization morphology and control mechanisms.
