摘要
2015年8月24日,中共中央、国务院印发了《关于深化国有企业改革的指导意见》,这是新时期指导和推进中国国企改革的纲领性文件。通过对《指导意见》的理解与分析,围绕国有煤炭企业存在一些亟待运用改革举措破解的突出矛盾和问题,提出了8项当前改革的着力点。
On August 24, 2015, the CPC Central Committee, the State Council issued the ＂Guidelines on Deepening the Reform of State-owned Enterprises＂, which is the guideline for guiding and promoting Chinese SOE reform in the new period.Through the understanding and analysis of ＂Guidelines＂, by focusing on the outstanding contradictions and problems, which are eager to be solved through SOE reform, 8 focuses of SOE reform are put forward.
