摘要
本文详细描述了变速箱检测试验台的设计方案,该检测试验台采用三相异步交流电动机模拟汽车变速箱实际工况,从而实现对变速箱加载和换挡性能的真实检验。在试验过程中可以对变速箱的各种参数在设定的范围内进行实时监控,以得到变速箱在各种转速、扭矩设定下的加载特性曲线。
This subject describes the design of gearbox test bench, this test bench use three-phase asynchronous ac motor to simulate gearbox actual working condition,the gearbox load and shift performance is achieved. The parameters of the gearbox were real-time monitoring in the process of test,so as to obtain the load characteristic of gearbox under conditions of various kinds of speed and torque settings.
