摘要
[目的]探讨网络访视及护理干预在接受家庭营养支持病人中的应用效果。[方法]将120名家庭营养支持病人随机分为观察组与对照组各60例。观察组利用网络访视平台对病人随时上传的营养状况和体质指标等信息进行为期3个月的实时监测与动态观察,随时调整营养支持配方,制定个体化营养支持方案;对照组采用常规出院指导及电话随访,比较两组病人出院后的营养指标变化、并发症发生情况、病人遵医行为和护理满意度情况。[结果]观察组病人各营养指标改善情况、遵医行为优于对照组,并发症发生时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]家庭营养支持病人出院后实施网络访视及护理干预有助于改善病人营养状况,缩短并发症的发生时间,提高病人的遵医行为。
Objective:To probe into the application effect of network visit and nursing intervention for patients with home nutrition support.Methods:A total of 120 patients with home nutrition support were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,60 cases in each.The patients in observation group used the network visit as the platform for a period of 3months of real-time monitoring and dynamic observation on the patient's nutritional status and physical indicators and other informations,adjusted the nutrition support formula and formulated the individual nutrition support program at any time,while the patient in control group received the routine discharge guidance and telephone follow-up.Then the patients' nutritional index changes,complications,compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between both groups after discharge.Results:The patients' improvement of the nutritional indicators,compliance and nursing satisfaction in observation group were better than those in control group,and the complication occurrence time was shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of network visit and nursing intervention for patients with home nutrition support can improve the nutritional status of patients,shorten the occurrence time of complications and improve patients' compliance behavior.
