摘要
针对梅钢热轧浊循环系统过滤器出现的问题,进行了详细的分析,并制定了相关改进措施。认为过滤器本体设计、制造存在缺陷,对其改进后,运行稳定性得到了显著提高。
Problems in the high-speed sand filter of the turbid circulating cooling water system at Meishan Steel Hot Rolling Mill were analyzed in detail and corresponding im-provement measures were also drawn up. It was found that the design and manufacture of the filter body had defects and modification was carried out, which has significantly improved op-eration stability.
