摘要
本文介绍了我国企业产品标准备案制度,并分析了新形势下企业产品标准备案制度存在的问题。文章结合当前国家标准委组织开展的企业产品标准自我声明公开试点工作,调研了部分试点城市的试点进展,提出了试点城市在试点过程中解决的问题,为今后进一步完善企业产品标准自我声明公开制度、建立企业产品标准自我声明公开服务体系提供了借鉴。
This paper introduces the domestic filing system of enterprise product standards, and analyzes the problems of this system in the new situation. Based on the experimental work of enterprise product standards self-declaration and disclosure, organized and developed by SAC at present, and research of the experimental work in experimental cities, this paper presents the solved problems with the experimental work in experimental cities. It will provide reference for further perfection of the enterprise product standards self-declaration and disclosure system, as well as establishment of service system in the enterprise product standards self-declaration and disclosure.
