摘要
目的分析40例老年高血压患者的心电图改变情况以及患者的心电图特点。方法收集在我院实施住院治疗的40例老年高血压患者,同时也需要收集在我院进行体检的健康老年人,数量仍为40例。将患者分为观察组,健康体检人群分为对照组,分析两组老年人群的心电图改变情况,探讨老年高血压患者的心电图实际改变情况。结果对于观察组的患者而言,在临床上出现的心电图异常改变的检出情况明显地高于对照组的正常人群,同时在临床上主要是以心律失常、左心室肥厚以及ST-T的改变情况最为常见。结论对于老年高血压病患者而言,在临床上由于长期的血压过高的情况,对于患者的靶器官会造成极为严重的危害,同时也会出现较为严重的病理改变,因此会出现极大的心电图改变情况。
Objective To analyze electrocardiogram（ECG） changes and the characteristics of ECG of 40 cases of elderly hypertensive patients. Methods 40 cases of aged patients with hypertension were collected in our hospital, At the same time, 40 cases of health aged people were collected in our hospital for physical examination. Patients as observation group. Physical examination people was the control group. The ECG changes of the two groups and ECG changes in aged patients with hypertension were analyzed. Results In clinical detection, ECG abnormal changes of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group. At the same time, arrhythmias,left ventricular hypertrophy and ST-T change were the most common. Conclusion For aged hypertension patients, because of long-term hypertension, the target organ would be extremely seriously harmed. At the same time, serious pathological changes would appeared, so there would be a great deal of ECG changes.
