超声造影对中毒兔肝脏微循环的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨超声造影评价有机磷中毒兔肝损害的价值。方法新西兰大白兔40只,腹腔注射有机磷染毒,分别于染毒前及染毒后2、4、6、8、10 h行常规超声及超声造影检查,测定肝右叶前后径、造影剂肝动脉到达时间(HAAT)、肝静脉到达时间(HVAT)及肝动-静脉渡越时间(HA-HVTT)等指标。结果染毒前后各时间段肝右叶前后径测值无明显改变(P>0.05),染毒后6小时、8小时、10小时肝静脉到达时间较前缩短,分别为7.23±2.63、6.38±2.49、6.25±2.84(P<0.05),染毒后8小时,10小时肝动静脉渡越时间明显缩短,分别为2.38±1.02、1.51±0.92(P<0.05)。结论HVAT及HA-VTT可以反映有机磷中毒兔肝脏微循环的变化。 Objective To investigate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in assessment of the liver poisoning damages caused by organophosphorus.Methods Animal models of organophosphorus poisoning were established by intraperitoneal injection in 40 rabbits.Conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound were carried out to measure several evaluation indexes respectively,including anteroposterior diameter of right liver lobe,hepatic artery arrival time(HAAT),hepatic vein arrival time(HVAT)and hepatic artery to hepatic vein transit time(HA-HVTT),before and2 h,4h,6h,8h and 10 h after injection.Results Compared with the pre-poisoning data,anteroposterior diameter of right liver lobe had no obvious change after organophosphorus poisoning(P0.05).Meanwhile,HVAT at 6h,8h and 10 h postpoisoning was decreased(P0.05).HA-HVTT significantly declined at 8h and 10 h post-poisoning(P0.05).Conclusion HVAT and HA-HVTT can indicate the changes of the liver microcirculation in rabbit suffering organophosphorus poisoning.
