喷射火的人工扰流脱火规律试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过专门设计的人工扰流脱火同步数据采集试验平台,对喷射火的脱火规律进行了研究,重点分析了扰流介质、扰流流量、入射距离及喷射火尺寸对脱火规律的影响。结果表明:扰流介质为空气时,人工扰流能够使微尺寸(0.1 mm级别)喷射火产生脱火;对于小尺寸(mm级别)喷射火,将空气扰流中加入一定比例的CO2才能使其脱火,但较易熄灭;喷射火尺寸的增大使得脱火所需的扰流流量大幅增加,同时脱火距离也有所增大,但不同尺寸喷射火的脱火规律相似,脱火距离随扰流流量增加逐渐增加,之后趋于平缓,随入射距离增大而减小,直至无法脱开。 This paper is inclined to introduce its research results of the regularity of the two different dimensional jet fire combustion trend via the experiments with our specifically designed experimental device for the artificial inferential jet-flow. In the paper,we have made careful analysis of the relationship between the lift-off height and the category of the inferential jet-flow,in addition to the inferential flow,the inferential distance and the jet fire dimension. The experimental devices we have adopted actually include the inferential jet-flow system,the combustion system and synchronization data acquisition system. The type of gas we have adopted belongs to butane category,whose purity is 95%,with5% of propane included in the pressure of 5 MPa. The results of our experiments show that,when the dimension of the jet fire is at the 0. 1 mm-level,it would be possible for the air inferential jetflow to make its lift-off. But when the dimension of the jet fire increased to mm-level,it wouldn't be able to lift off no matter how hard you increase the air inferential jet-flow,for it is the strong air flow that is directly affecting the results of jet fire lift-off. As a result,it is necessary to add CO2 to the air jet-flow for its lift-off.Furthermore,the experiment results of ours prove that it is possible for the jet fire flow to be lifted off only when the inferential jet-flow is made of the admixture of CO2( 10%) and air( 90%).Nevertheless,due to the restraining effect of CO2,it would be quite easy for the mixed jet-flow to make the jet fire do so. In addition,when the dimension of jet fire increased to about 10 times,the flow of the inferential jet-flow would also tend to increase about 10 times. In such a case,it is also increasing the lift height. For example,for the 0. 1 mm-level jet fire,the greatest lift height can be made as high as up to 8. 45 mm,whereas for the mm-level one,the height can be reached only 18. 8 mm.
