底泥曝气扰动对金鱼藻生长特性的影响

摘要 以金鱼藻为试验材料,通过室内模拟实验研究了不同强度底泥曝气扰动对金鱼藻POD、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素等生长特性的影响。结果表明:不同强度曝气扰动下,金鱼藻的POD、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量呈波动式下降,其中2 m3·h–1曝气强度下变化幅度最小。相关性分析表明,叶绿素a与叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素极显著正相关(P<0.01),曝气扰动后,POD与类胡萝卜素显著正相关(P<0.05),而无曝气时相关性不显著。这说明曝气扰动对水生植物特性有一定影响,可以为水体修复调控提供理论参考依据。 By an indoor simulation experiment, the effects of aerating disturbance of sediments on the growth of Ceratophyllum demersum were studied. The results showed that CODMn of water was the lowest and the water quality was better under aeration intensity of 2 m3·h–1. Under different aerating disturbance conditions, POD, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid content of Ceratophyllum demersum decreased with fluctuation, and the change was the smallest as aeration intensity was 2 m3·h–1. Correlation analysis indicated that chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and carotenoids always had a highly significant positive correlation. There was a significantly positive correlation between POD and carotenoids only after aerating disturbance, but there was a negative correlation which was not significant when aerating disturbance was absence. So aerating disturbance had an important influence on POD and carotenoids of Ceratophyllum demersum, and it could provide a basis for remediation of water body.
