摘要
地下铲运机是对松散物料铲装和短距离运输的重要设备,其工作装置性能的优劣决定了地下铲运机和工作效率。为了对某自主研发的地下铲运机的工作装置性能进行探讨,基于其3D模型分析了工作装置工作时的外载荷,运用ADAMS对其进行了运动学与动力学仿真,获得了铲装过程中铲斗角度和传动角度等关键参数以及液压缸受力变化曲线。根据仿真结果探讨了工作装置的性能,提出了真实的满载举升高度,为后期的结构设计及参数优化提供了理论依据。
The underground scraper is an important facility to load and short-distance transport loose material, its performance determins the operation efficiency of the underground scraper. In order to discuss the performance of the working manipulator of a self-designed underground scraper, after analyzing the external stress on operative working manipulator based on 3D model, the paper applied ADAMS to conduct kinematics and dynamics simulation, and obtained the variation curve of key parameters such as the bucket angle and the transmission angle during loading process as well as the stress of the hydraulic cylinder. According to simulation results, it also discussed the performance of the working manipulator, and proposed the real lifting height in fully loading mode. The study offered theoretical reference for further structural design and parametric optimization.
