摘要
介绍了美国、日本、德国和法国等在稀土回收循环利用方面的经验,包括政府设立专项资金、制定资源回收利用的法律保障、寻找多元化的废旧物资回收源、在稀土回收利用的开发中企业先行和普及社会公众的回收意识等,为发展我国稀土资源回收利用产业提供参考。立足国情,提出发展我国稀土再生产业的几点建议,借此提升稀土产业的国际形象和竞争力。
The paper introduced the rare earth recycling experience in America, Japan, Germany and France etc., which including establishment of special funds by government, constitution of legal safeguard for resource recycling, looking for diversified resource to recycle, leading and spreading recycling consciousness among the public by enterprises during rare earth recycling. The experiences offered reference for development of rare earth recycling industry in China. And then, based on actual situation in China, it proposed several suggestions for rare earth recycling industry, so as to enhance the international image and competitiveness of rare earth industry in China.
