摘要
目的调研赣州地区成人高尿酸血症(HUA)的检出率,研究其与体重指数(BMI)和糖尿病的相关性。方法对赣州地区的2560名城乡成人居民采用调查问卷、体格检查和实验室检测联合的方法经行流行病学调查,并根据SUA的水平及性别经行分组,采用Logistic二元回归分析其与糖尿病及BMI的相关性。结果总体人群中HUA的检出率为21.9%,且男性显著高于女性(26.3%vs 17.6%,P<0.05)。HUA人群中糖尿病的患病率高于正常的SUA人群(23.9%vs 17.2%,P<0.05)。HUA组患者的BMI均高于正常的SUA组(P<0.01),且随着HUA水平的升高,糖尿病的患病率及BMI呈上升的趋势,Logistic二元回归分析显示,糖尿病及BMI是HUA的独立危险因素。结论赣州地区HUA检出率较高,糖尿病与BMI是其独立的危险因素,积极控制HUA有利于防治糖尿病的发生与发展。
Objective To investigate the detection rate of high uric acid hematic disease in adults（HUA） in Ganzhou,and to study the correlation with body mass index（BMI） and diabetic. Methods 2560 adult residents in urban and rural of Ganzhou were selected.Questionnaire,physical examination and laboratory detection were combined to conduct epidemiological investigation.People were grouped by the level of SUA and sex.The correlation between SUA and diabetic,BMI were analyzed by using binary logistic analysis. Results The detection rate of total crowd was 21.9%,and the man significantly higher than female（26.3% vs 17.6%,P 0.05）.The morbidity of diabetic in HUA was higher than SUA crowd（23.9% vs 17.2%,P0.05）.The BMI in HUA patients was higher than normal SUA group（P0.01）.With the increased of HUA,the morbidity of diabetic and BMI showed the tendency of rising.The binary logistic analysis showed that diabetic and BMI were independent risk factors of HUA. Conclusion The detection rate of HUA in Ganzhou is higher.Diabetic and BMI are independent risk factors of HUA.It is helpful for the prevention and treatment of the occurrence and development of diabetic by actively controlling HUA.
