摘要
目的分析老年高血压患者胆红素水平的变化与心功能的关系。方法选取某医院2013年1~12月收治的老年患者597例,根据是否患有高血压分为高血压组（n=431）和非高血压组（n=166）,将所有研究对象的基本资料进行记录,检测患者的胆红素、血脂、肝功能,并对心脏进行超声检测,对两组患者的检查结果和基本资料进行比较。结果高血压组患者的总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素与年龄、三酰甘油（TG）和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）均有联系;非高血压组中,总胆红素与年龄、直接胆红素与三酰甘油（TG）、间接胆红素与年龄和冠心病均呈负相关。结论在老年群体中,胆红素的轻度提升会对高压人群的心功能起到保护作用。
Objective To analyze the relationship between the change of bilirubin level in elderly hypertensionpatients and heart function. Methods 597 elderly patients from January to December 2013 of one hospital were selected.Patients were divided into hypertension group（n =431） and non-hypertension group（n =166） according to whether havehypertension or not.Basic information of all study object were recorded.Testing results and basic information were compared between two groups. Results The total bilirubin,direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin in hypertension group were connected with age,TG and HDL-C.In non-hypertension group,there was negative correlation between total bilirubin and age,direct bilirubin and TG,indirect bilirubin and age,coronary heart disease. Conclusion Among elderly crowd,mild ascension of bilirubinis can protect cardiac function of hypertension crowd.
