摘要
常用的钢管混凝土柱也称三向应力结构。其整体性施工要求中,因钢管与混凝土膨胀系数不同,变形差异会导致裂缝的危险性加大,冬期更增加了施工难度。板卷库厂房施工在采取了保温、微膨胀混凝土和连续顶升等措施后获得较好效果。使用近20年仍完好无损。
The common used steel tube confined concrete column is also referred to as three di- mensional stress structure. In the overall construction requirements, the deformation deviation will make the crack risk getting higher due to the difference between steel tube and concrete expansion factor. Car- ry out the construction in winter time even more difficult. We adopted some measures for the construc- tion of coil warehouse building, such as temperature keeping, micro-expansion concrete and constant lifting. It can keep intact after 20 years.
