摘要
以南通吉宝船厂驳岸码头失稳事故为例,通过水流冲刷计算、工程地质分析及稳定性验算等方法,对码头结构失稳机理进行研究分析与探讨。结果表明,船舶螺旋推进器试验对码头前沿基床冲刷作用不明显;以粉砂为主的场地渗透作用较强,止水帷幕作用被削弱,地下水对码头后方有潜蚀作用;钻孔灌注桩连接处的旋喷桩止水帷幕抗滑与抗倾覆稳定性考虑不足,是止水帷幕破坏、地下水潜蚀加剧及码头结构失稳的重要原因。
Taking the revetment wharf failure in Nantong Keppel Shipyard as an example, we analyzed and discussed the stability failure of wharf structure from hydraulic destroy calculation, engineering geological analysis and stability calculation methods, The results show, the screw thruster test of ship has few impacts on the bed scouring of the wharf; the ground which is mainly composed of silt has strong permeability, the effect of the waterproof curtain has shorted and caused the leakage in the back of the wharf; and the negligence of the stability against the waterproof curtain sliding and overturning of the chemical churning pile in the joint of bored piles is the important reason for its structure destroy, the acceleration of groundwater erosion, and the stability failure of the wharf.
