粉煤灰等体积替代细骨料混凝土泌水性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用替代率为0-50%的Ⅱ级粉煤灰等体积替代细骨料拌制11种配比的C30混凝土,对不同替代率新拌混凝土进行了坍落度和泌水试验。结果表明:粉煤灰等体积替代细骨料的上限为45%,外加剂掺量一定时,随着粉煤灰替代率的增大混凝土坍落度下降,粉煤灰替代率达15%时混凝土的泌水性能开始有所改善。分析得到了混凝土泌水速率与粉煤灰替代率的相关性公式,为粉煤灰作为细骨料应用于混凝土中提出了一种测评方法。 Use gradeⅡfly ash to replace fine aggregate in the concrete,making 11 kinds of C30 concrete,the rate of replacement is 0% to 50%. Test the bleeding and concrete slump of the fresh concrete under different replace rates,and test the relation between the bleeding capacity and the replace rates of the fly ash. The results show that the limit rate of replacement is 45%. At a certain dosage of admixture,the concrete slump declines with the increase replacement of fly ash. Bleeding properties of concrete have been improved under 15% replacement. It is concluded the formula that the bleeding rate of concrete under different rates of replacement,and provide a evaluation method that fly ash serves as the fine aggregate for concrete application.
