摘要
俄罗斯图书馆参与生态文明建设已成为其常态工作,近30年来俄图书馆生态工作活动的实例不胜枚举,皆已有力证明了图书馆有能力和责任参与生态文明建设。我国图书馆不能置身其外,应借鉴俄罗斯图书馆经验,承担属于自己的社会责任,尽快参与国家生态文明建设战略的实施。
Russian libraries in the construction of ecological civilization have become their normal work, and their ecological work activities are numerous instances in the last three decades, have powerfully proved that the library has the ability and responsibility to participate in the construction of ecological civilization. Our library can not stay aloof, should learn from the experience of the Russian libraries, and bear their own social responsibility in the strategy implementation of national ecological civilization-building as soon as possible.
