摘要
自反馈式管理是医院信息化平台不断完善和发展的产物,自反馈式管理系统让责任人与系统之间实现直接交换,提高交换效率,降低管理者成本。管理者负责制定管理规则,并置入信息化平台中。基于自反馈式管理系统,医院发展形成螺旋式上升趋势。
Self-feedback management is the outcome of constant improvement in hospital informatization platform while self-feedback management system makes the realization of direct exchange betw een the system and the responsible persons,the improvement in exchange efficiency and low ering administrator’s cost. The administrators are responsible for formulating management regulations and input them on informatization platform. On account of self-feedback management system,hospital development has been in a spiral rise.
