摘要
依据钢铝混合地铁车辆结构传力特点,创建了钢铝混合地铁车辆结构性能有限元模型。以某钢铝混合地铁列车的头车为研究对象,根据EN 12663—2010标准,对车体刚度、静强度进行仿真分析。介绍了车体静强度试验情况,并将试验结果与有限元计算结果进行对比分析,结果表明,列车结构测点的测试值与计算值的变化趋势一致,相对误差最大值在13%之内。
Afinite element model of steel and aluminum hy- brid metro structure performance is established based on the power transmission of the steel and aluminum hybrid metro vehicle. According to EN12663-2010 standards, a simulation analysis of the carbody rigidity and static strength is carried out. Then, the static strength test of the carbody is introduced and compared with the finite element calculation result, it shows that the changing tendency of the calculated value of the metro structure measuring points is consistent withthe tested value, and the maximum value of the relative error is within 13%.
