摘要
基于高校和用人单位构成的闭环信息网络,构建了应用型物流本科人才需求指标体系,验证了指标体系的可行性。通过指标体系将应用型物流本科人才的市场需求与高校应用型物流本科人才培养进行链接。
In this paper, based on the closed- loop information network composed by universities and employer units, we built the demand index system for the applied logistics undergraduate talents, verified its feasibility, and linked the market demand for the applied logistics undergraduate talents with the applied undergraduate talent cultivation plan of the universities.
