摘要
目的:观察癃清片联合盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗2型糖尿病合并尿路感染的临床疗效。方法:选择本院100例2型糖尿病合并尿路感染患者,随机分成观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗,观察组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊联合癃清片治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率为94.0%,对照组有效率为72.0%,观察组有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后WBC、RBC较治疗前均有显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);且观察组治疗后WBC、RBC改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。用药期间,观察组出现轻度胃部不适症状4例,对照组出现轻度胃部不适症状5例,两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:癃清片联合盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗2型糖尿病合并尿路感染临床疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Longqing Tablets combined with Ofloxacin Capsules on type-2 diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection. Methods： 100 cases with type-2 diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection were randomized into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. Control group were given Ofloxacin Capsules for the treatment while observation group were given Longqing Tablets combined with Ofloxacin Capsules. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate was 94. 0% in observation group,which was remarkably higher than 72. 0% in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The WBC and RBC in both group after treatment got markedly improved after the treatment; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. And the improvement of WBC and RBC in observation group was better than that in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. During the administration,4 cases appeared symtom of stomach discomfort in observation group while 5cases in control group; the difference of adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Longqing Tablets combined with Ofloxacin Capsules have significant clinical effects on type- 2 diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection.
