摘要
目的:观察中医辨证分期联合割治与灯火疗法治疗小儿癫痫的临床疗效及其对患儿脑电图的影响。方法:选取本院2009年3月-2013年3月62例小儿癫痫患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例,对照组患儿给予丙戊酸钠联合托吡酯抗癫痫药物治疗,观察组患儿采用中医辨证联合割治与灯火疗法治疗。两组患者均以21 d为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程。结果:对照组有效率为74.19%,观察组有效率为93.55%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患儿痫样放电完全消失5例,明显好转5例,好转9例,无变化7例,增加5例,观察组患儿痫样放电完全消失16例,明显好转5例,好转9例,无变化2例,增加2例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证分期联合割治与灯火疗法治疗小儿癫痫能够明显改善患儿的临床症状,改善小儿癫痫患儿的脑电图状况,疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome differentiation staging combined with incision and light therapy for the treatment of pediatric epilepsy and its impact on the children＇s EEG. Methods： 62 children with epilepsy received by our hospital from March 2009 to March 2013 were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 31 cases in each group. Control group were treated with sodium valproate and topiramate antiepileptic drugs while observation group patients were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation staging combined with incision and light therapy,for 4 courses of treatment（ 21 d as a treatment course）. Results： After 4 courses of treatment,the total effective rate was93. 55% in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group（ 74. 19%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. After treatment,in control group,patients with epilepsy epileptiform discharges disappeared completely in5 cases and improved obviously in 5 cases,improved in 9 cases,no change in 7 cases,and increase of five cases; in observation group,epileptic patients like discharge completely disappeared in 16 cases,improved obviously in 5 cases,improved in 9 cases,no change in 2 cases,and increase of 2 cases. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： In the treatment of pediatric epilepsy,TCM syndrome differentiation staging combined incision and light therapy can significantly improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms and condition of their epilepsy EEG with remarkable therapeutic effects.
