摘要
目的:观察参枳强心汤配合连续性血液滤过治疗右心衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选取右心衰竭患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组予以连续性血液滤过治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用参枳强心汤治疗。结果:观察组治疗后心率、呼吸频率、平均动脉压、血浆脑钠肽、血清N-末端B型利钠肽前体显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的血钾、Cr和BUN显著低于对照组(P<0.05),血钠和24h尿量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的LVEDD、LVDs显著低于对照组(P<0.05),SV、LVEF显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参枳强心汤配合连续性血液滤过治疗右心衰竭疗效显著,可有效改善患者心功能、肾功能和电解质水平。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Shenzhi Qiangxin Decoction combined with continuous ven-venous hemofiltration on right heart failure. Methods： 70 cases with right heart failure were randomized into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group. Control group were given continuous ven-venous hemofiltration while observation group were added with Shenzhi Qiangxin Decoction. Results： After the treatment,the heart rate,respiratory rate,mean arterial pressure,brain natriuretic peptide,and serum N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide were remarkably lower than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）.After the treatment,the serum potassium,Cr and BUN were greatly lower than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）,while SV and LVEF were obviously higher than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Shenzhi Qiangxin Decoction combined with continuous ven-venous hemofiltration has remarkable therapeutic effects on right heart failure,which can effectively improve the heart function,kidney function and the level of electrolytes.
