摘要
介绍了站控系统日常维护的实际需求和工单审核系统的运用,就各自的特点进行深入分析。利用工单审核系统其流转灵活、随机调阅的可操作性及可追溯性优势,提出构建自动化系统维护数据表,进而组建维护数据库的构想。将日常繁杂的维护工作量通过数据记录的方式,转化成一套完整的数据库,有助于客观分析故障原因,寻找有效的防范措施,以及备件购置等后续工作的开展,为提升维护工作质量奠定基础。
Actual requirements of daily maintenance for station control system and application of worksheet verification system are introduced.The characteristics are further analyzed.A conception of constructing automatic system maintenance data sheet and establishing maintenance database further is put forward adopting advantages of flexible flow, manipuility of stochastic access and traceability of worksheet verification system.Daily multifarious maintenance workload is turned into one set complete database through data recording mode.It is helpful for subsequent work of analyzing failure reason objectively, finding out effective precautionary measure, purchasing spare pieces according to the plan and so on.The basis is provided for improving maintenance work quality.
