摘要
为了满足医学生早临床、多临床的愿望,培养医学生的临床思维能力和动手能力,我们从2013年开始结合自身患病诊治过程进行临床预实习的实践和探索。主要内容是让学生自己或相互之间记录并分析自身患病诊治过程,充分发挥自己既是病人又是医学生双重身份的优势。实践至今取得了良好的效果,参与该预实习的学生普遍反映自己的临床思维能力和动手能力得到了提高,并且掌握了以问题为中心的学习方法,提升了自主学习能力。
To meet the students' demands of earlier and more clinical practice and improve their clinical thinking ability and practical a-bility, preparatory clinical practices have been done in which medical students have made diagnostic and therapeutic process of their own sickness since 2013. Students treated their own sickness by themselves or between each other, and recorded the diagnostic and therapeutic process to give full play to the dual status of the medical students and the patients. Good results have been achieved. Most students be-lieved that their clinical thinking ability and practical ability had been improved during the clinical practices. They thought that they had grasped the method of PBL, and their autonomous learning had been improved.
