摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法选择我院2014年3月—2015年3月收治的76例糖尿病肾病患者,按住院病历号随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组38例。对照组仅用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上配合中药自拟方进行治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为94.7%,高于对照组的78.9%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.15,P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的前景光明,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of integrated medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 76 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected according to medical record numbers,and they were randomly divided into treatment group of 38 cases and control group of 38 cases. The control group only used Western medicine. The treatment group used self-made prescription on the basis of the contrl group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.7% which was higher than 78.9% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ χ2= 4.15, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has bright prospects, and is worthy of promotion.
