摘要
分析了我国现代物流人力资源发展现状,探讨了物流人才应具备的能力,并根据分析的结果提出了促进现代物流人力资源发展的相关策略,包括:进行人才梯队建设、与高校合作、改革薪酬制度等。
In this paper, we analyzed the current status of the development of the modern logistics human resources in China, discussed the necessary competence of the logistics talents and then according to the analysis, proposed the strategies to propel the development of the modern logistics human resources, including the establishment of the gradient talent cultivation system, school-enterprise cooperation and remuneration system reform, etc.
