摘要 为了提高高职院校人才培养水平,缩短学校人才培养和企业人才需求的差距,在高职第三年进行生产性实训,按照项目制来组织实训教学,充分利用校内外现有资源,实施企业化管理。生产性实训使学生提前走进企业工作环境,培养了学生团队合作、解决问题、自我管理、自我发展等能力,进而构建具有高职特色的校企合作新模式。 In order to improve the level of talent training in higher vocational colleges, to shorten the gap between school personnel training and enterprise talent demand, the productive training is carried out in the 3rd school year, which organizes the productive training teaching in accordance with a project system, and makes full use of existing resources to implement enterprise management. The productive training has made the students come into the enterprise work environment in advance, so as to cultivate the students' ability of team cooperation, solve problems, self management, self-development and so on, and then builds a new mode of school-enterprise cooperation with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges.
