By introducing the related concepts of ontology and quality information resources etc., analyze the important role and significance of ontology application in the integrated use of quality information resources, and explore the key technologies of ontology application for the quality information resources, then propose the preliminary modeling framework for quality information resources system based on ontology, thus enhance the access efficiently and fully share the quality information resources, promote deeper discovery and wider application of the information.
