摘要
目的探讨外敷中药联合针灸、按摩和理疗在膝关节炎患者中的临床治疗效果。方法对我院收治的80例膝关节炎患者资料进行分析,根据不同治疗方案将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用针灸、按摩联合理疗治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合外敷中药治疗,比较两组疗效。结果实验组95%对治疗方案疗效显著,明显优于对照组(疗效有效率为85%)(P<0.05);实验组95%对方案疗效满意,显著高于对照组(满意率达到65%)(P<0.05);实验组ADL评分为(16.2±3.7)分,膝关节功能评分为(59.6±7.5)分,心理功能评分为(65.8±9.2)分,社会功能评分为(57.2±6.5)分,均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组关节疼痛指数为(8.6±0.5)分,关节肿胀指数为(9.0±0.25)分,低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组关节活动指数为(9.4±0.1)分,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论膝关节炎患者采用外敷中药联合针灸、按摩和理疗效果理想,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the topical medicine combined with acupuncture,massage and physiotherapy clinical outcomes in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods 80 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee in patients admitted to our hospital for analysis,according to the different treatment regimens were divided into a control group and the experimental group and the control group received acupuncture,massage therapy combined therapy,and topical joint experimental group on the basis of the control group Chinese medicine treatment,comparing the two groups. Results 95% of the experimental group therapy a significant effect,significantly better than the control group（ efficacy rate was 85%）（ P〈0. 05）; 95% of the experimental group satisfaction program efficacy was significantly higher（ satisfaction rate of 65 %）（ P〈0. 05）;ADL scores for the experimental group（ 16. 2 ± 3. 7） points,knee function score was（ 59. 6 ± 7. 5） points,psychological function score was（ 65. 8 ± 9. 2） points,social function score was（ 57. 2 ± 6. 5） points,were higher（ P〈0. 05）; joint pain index for the experimental group（ 8. 6 ± 0. 5） points,joint swelling index（ 9. 0± 0. 25） points lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; experiments group joint activity index（ 9. 4 ± 0. 1）points,higher than（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint used topical medicine acupuncture,massage that had ideal physical therapy effect,should be introduced.
