摘要
为了满足起-剪-烫联合机的产量和速度、起毛进给定量负荷加重、起毛原料品种花色多样化要求,提高起毛效能分析了新型国产起毛机的型号规格及起毛特性及用途,在起毛印染后整理设备上的工作过程及其质量要求。通过对弹性起毛针布设备工艺特点等的深入试验与研究,表明新型弹性起毛针布对加强适应起绒要求,改善起毛效果,减少对织物起毛次数,降低损伤长绒织物或是短绒织物有较明显的效果。
In order to meet the output and speed of the raising catch, cutting, iron joint machine, the effectiveness of raising is increasing. Along with the increasing of raising feeding quantitative load, the diverse requirements of varieties of raising raw materials. It analyses the model specifications and raising features and uses after raising the working process and the qua lity of printing and dyeing and finishing equipment on request of the new domestic raising machine, by in-depth testing and studies of the equipment technological characteristics and other of the flexible raising clothings. The results show that the new flexible raising clothings have a more significant effect on strengthening adaptation requirements, improving raising effect, reducing raising the number of fabric and reducing damage plush fabric or fabric fuzz.
