摘要
为了减小爆破振动对矿区周围建(构)筑物的影响,露天矿山开采爆破正逐步采用毫秒延时高精度导爆管雷管起爆方法。结合龙华煤矿剥离爆破工程监测,运用Matlab软件,对爆破振动监测数据进行回归分析。对比了运用毫秒延时高精度导爆管雷管和普通秒延时导爆管雷管两种起爆方法的爆破振动峰值速度与持续时间的规律。研究表明:运用高精度导爆管雷管的毫秒延时爆破和普通秒延时爆破相比,振动强度大幅降低,振动持续时间明显缩短,且降振效果随爆心距的增加而明显减小。
In order to decrease the effect of blasting vibration on the surrounding buildings of mining area,the method of millisecond blasting was adopted in the open cut mining. Based on the results in site monitoring,regressive analysis was conducted using Mat Lab software. The paper compared the law of peak velocity and duration in the blast using high precision fuse blasting cap and general blasting. The result shows that,the vibration intensity and duration are obviously lower in the blast using high precision fuse blasting cap,and the decreasing effect of vibration reduces significantly as the blast center distance increases.
